Vigour Physio Cambridge welcomes Naomi

We are pleased to welcome Naomi Jefferies to the team! She has worked alongside us over the past year with Hautapu Rugby Club and is now looking forward to building a rapport with many new clients at the clinic! Welcome aboard!

Naomi graduated with a degree in physiotherapy from AUT in 2016. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Sport and Leisure at Waikato University – graduating in 2011. Following this, Naomi worked as a personal trainer in Perth where she specialised in rehab and back to sport training, while also working as a group fitness instructor.

Naomi has a special interest in sports physiotherapy and has worked with a variety of sports teams including East Coast Bays Rugby Club, Rangitoto Rugby Club, Hautapu Rugby Club and Waikato Under 16s. Naomi comes from a sporting background and understands the complexities and pressures of sporting injuries, not only to the elite athlete but also the social sportsperson and everyone in between. Naomi strives to practice with a holistic approach and return all clients to their previous level of activity.

Outside of work, Naomi has a long list of hobbies and can be found out enjoying the elements – from wake boarding, fishing and horse riding, she is a keen adventurer and likely to be in the great outdoors giving anything a go.
